Our Commercial Real Estate Group represents condominium developers engaged in developing high rise and multi-phase high rise residential condominium projects, town-home condominium communities and non-residential condominiums. Our expertise includes projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area and rural municipalities. We worked extensively with the Urban Development Institute and the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association to provide submissions to the government of Ontario on what ultimately became the Condominium Act, 1998, and were involved in making representations to the Ontario Legislature. We speak extensively at law and industry conferences respecting condominium matters, and a number of our lawyers are members of the Canadian Condominium Institute.
