Ontario Power Generation: Acted for Ontario Power Generation in connection with a successful appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board to permit a Wind Farm at the Bruce Power Plant. Represented Ontario Power Generation before the Ontario Municipal Board in appeals concerning Pickering, Grey Highlands and the City of Toronto

 
 

Lee Developments: Successfully obtained the approval of over 700 condominium units in the Ellipse, Twin Tower Developments in the City of Toronto (former City of Scarborough) fronting on the 401 and the Scarborough City Centre

 
 

Cineplex Odeon Corporation: Successfully obtained approval for Cineplex Odeon's flagship 18-theatre complex located at Islington Avenue and the Queensway, immediately abutting the Gardiner Expressway, in the City of Toronto (former City of Etobicoke)

 
 

Moldenhauer Developments: After a lengthy Ontario Municipal Board hearing, successfully obtained approval for a 24-townhouse unit infill development in an established single family neighbourhood in the City of Toronto (former City of Etobicoke)
