			Represented Royal Bank of Canada in its 1995 bulk sale to Whitehall of more than 400 real estate loans and recovered properties located in all of the Provinces and 8 US states
			Represented Oxford Properties and GE Capital in the 1997 purchase of 45 office building properties comprising the Prudential Portfolio for a purchase price exceeding $400,000,000
			Represented Royal Bank of Canada in its 1999 sale of 33 office buildings (including Royal Bank Plaza, Toronto) in 8 Provinces for a purchase price exceeding $820,000,000
